Delivery and payment
We deliver worldwide.
Shipping across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta transport company. The cost of delivery is determined by the Nova Poshta company according to tariffs depending on the city and method of delivery. The delivery time is 2-4 days, depending on the city and the chosen method of receipt.
All delivery costs are paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package. The storage period of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch is 7 days, after which it will be returned. Re-shipment is possible only in case of full payment of the order, taking into account the cost of the first delivery.
International delivery is carried out by transport companies Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest Express.
When placing international orders in our online store, the shipping cost is calculated and paid immediately at the time of purchase. For an accurate calculation of delivery, a manager will contact you in a messenger on the website that is convenient for you.
The cost of delivery depends on the country of destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the chosen delivery method.
The buyer is responsible for paying any VAT, customs duties and related charges that may apply to their order upon delivery. If your order is being shipped outside the EU, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties and other charges in order to receive your order. If you do not pay the charges in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the costs will be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on current costs before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
If for any reason you fail to pay import or customs duties, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs that may be charged to us as a result. After payment, your order will be delivered to you.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item on which you have paid duty, we cannot refund the duty as we do not collect it.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange any item purchased in the Flow online store, if it does not suit you, within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, from the moment of receiving the order.
Products purchased using a promo code or paid for with a certificate are not subject to return or exchange.
You need to familiarize yourself with the return rules and send the product for return/exchange by the Nova Poshta transport company to our warehouse.
Please note that some categories of products, such as swimwear, corset products (corsets, semi-corsets, grace, semi-grace, belt for stockings), underwear, socks and stockings are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible only if the following points are observed:
- availability of a check;
- the item has a marketable appearance;
- presence of a label, label, original shoe box.
- all labels, labels must be on the items (not torn / not cut off) from the items, the shoe box must be in its original form, without tape and scratches;
- the thing was not used;
- there are no traces of any stains / tonal cream on the things;
- the thing was NOT ironed.
In case of non-compliance with these points, the items are not subject to return / exchange and will be sent back at the expense of the Buyer.
The speed of receipt of funds to your account depends on the speed of transaction processing by your bank and can reach up to 30 calendar days (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned product in the warehouse together with the completed application on the return website).
Please check whether you have filled in the details correctly so that there are no problems with the payment.
Defective/incorrectly assembled goods (goods that you did not order, or the size does not match what was ordered) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging. We bear the shipping costs.
The return of goods in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".

All costs related to the return / exchange of goods purchased in the online store are borne by the buyer.
If the recipient's data is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.
Importantly!
* We do not receive parcels sent cash on delivery or with remittance at the recipient's expense. In this case, the parcels will be returned to the sender.
* Similarly, when processing the shipment, the estimated value of the returned goods must be equal to the value of the goods in the order.
* Goods for return/exchange are accepted by address delivery or return delivery from Nova Poshta "easy return".
